A spacious Grand Deluxe guest room on the 29th floor provided a nice city view, though I had to put up with incessant noise from a strike outside. The room had a good layout, making it comfortable for my stay, but it was hard to ignore the disruptions.

During my stay, the hotel was chaotic due to an ongoing strike, with constant banging and picket communication that pierced the silence no matter where you were, even on the upper floors. Many amenities felt compromised. the room service system was faulty, and the in-room phones didn’t work. Parking fees were exorbitant at $75 a night, making the nearby public garage seem like a necessity. While the location near Union Square is stellar for shopping and dining, it didn’t make up for these pesky inconveniences.

The location is fantastic, right by Union Square. Couldn’t find a good dining option after 10 PM. Enjoyed the lobby vibe and the biking tour nearby. Loved the comfy beds, but the bathroom needs updating.

The room was really decent. It was clean and pretty comfy, but the AC was quite loud and made it hard to sleep at times. I could also hear some street noise until late, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it met my needs, just a few quirks that could use some fixing.

Great stay at The Westin St Francis San Francisco On Union Square! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. the westin is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk to union square. the rejuvé wellness center on the 14th floor is a nice touch for relaxation. my room was spacious, and the clock bar had great service, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
